Ubuntu is a South African philosophy that means “I am because we are”. It is tied to the belief that we are defined by our compassion and kindness towards others and speaks of how our humanity is caught up and bound up inextricably with those around us.

Ubuntu Collective (Not-for-profit Corporation No: 1478444-8) was founded to bring good people together to do good things.

Our mission is to create programs and initiatives that provide a space for people to come together to make an impact in our community. Our hope is that through this work a seed of giving will be planted; a seed that will foster continued and consistent community support and one that celebrates the difference we can make collectively.
